GUIDELINES  FOR  IMPLEMENTING  COAL  RESEARCH  PROJECTS

14.0 FINAL PROJECT COMPLETION REPORT

Two copies of the draft completion report will be sent to Director (RD&T), CMPDI immediately after completion of the project work. After receiving comments, the implementing agency will submit 60 copies of the project completion  report as per the details given in Form VI. The completion report will be accompanied by Final Expenditure Statement in Form III and IV and duly authenticated by the associated finance of the implementing agency.

Views of end users should be incorporated in the completion report.  For this purpose a certificate from the General Manager of the Colliery/Area where the project has been implemented will be sufficient to the effect that the S&T project has been completed in the mine (name is to be given) with/without success. A certificate from the user should also be furnished  by the implementing agency stating whether they would like to continue to use the end product in their mine or not alongwith reasons.

The project proponent should add an analysis of quantified benefits, both in physical and financial terms, accrued due to implementation of the S&T project.
